Mr. Chauhan heads the Secretarial and Commercial Advisory practice of the Firm. Mr. Chauhan has pursued LLM from University of Pennsylvania – Upenn Law School, United Stated of America. Mr. Chauhan holds a Diploma in Corporate Laws.
His expertise includes Commercial Transactions and Dispute Resolution, especially in the fields of Constitutional Law, Labor, Education, Town Planning, Municipal, Urban Planning, Land Revenue, Pollution Control laws, Land Acquisition, Property laws and Corporate Commercial Laws.
