- Extensive knowledge and experience in matters related to the various Labor law statutes such as Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of Wages Act, Workmen Compensation Act, Employees Provident Fund Act, Payment of Bonus and Gratuity, etc.
- Involved in drafting of service contracts, employment agreements/contracts, etc.
- Experience in representing clients before Labor courts.
