- We have in depth knowledge and experience regarding structuring, negotiating & documenting transactions; advising on Foreign Direct Investment issues in real estate sector; conducting comprehensive due diligence of property including present and antecedent title search of properties; drafting, negotiating and vetting of agreements to sell, sale deeds, lease deeds, settlement deeds, lease and license agreements; advising on stamp duty and registration issues pertaining to conveyance deeds etc. as applicable in various Indian states.
- Advising clients on regulatory approvals required by the real estate developers, investors and investee companies including advising clients on local laws, urban development policies, zoning, environmental, CLU and FDI related issues.
- Advised a leading international media and Education Company and its subsidiary(s) in leasing various commercial spaces in the most prominent area(s) in New Delhi NCR.
